Retail Sales Associate Locally owned The UPS Store franchise is seeking candidates wishing to join an energetic team in providing world-class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for courier shipments, operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point of sales devices. Responsibilities include expertly advising our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of products, services, and best-value options. The ideal candidate has previous retail experience or evidence of working in an environment with a lot of people interactions. Strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma or GED, a genuinely helpful demeanor, and professional appearance. Expectations are for fast learner who will make an effort to learn all aspects of the business.
