Technical Lead, Passive EOIR Sensor Systems

Northrop Grumman seeks a Staff Systems Engineer to lead sensor architecture for EOIR programs, coordinating across program teams and customers to solve complex challenges. The role focuses on passive and active sensing, data processing, and real-time analysis in a DoD environment. You will mentor junior staff, define architectures for IRAD/CRAD, and work with SMEs to meet customer needs.
