Job Description: Position: Full-time, Salaried, Weekly WFH or Flex Day Salaries between $80k-$100kBuilding Blocks Therapy offers a full benefit package including PTO, paid holiday breaks, health insurance, a 401k investment program, mileage reimbursement, CEUs and CEU reimbursement, quarterly bonuses, and more. Benefits are dependent on full-time employment. Role: The BCBA position is to be considered a leadership role within the ABA teams at BBT. The ideal candidate will be able to develop client’s treatment plans, as well as supervise Registered Behavior Technicians to implement such plans. Behavior Technicians will rely on their BCBA to assist them in overcoming challenges and answer questions about their day to day client interactions. Solid communication skills and openness to feedback are necessary. The BCBA should be organized, and self-sufficient to successfully perform in this role. Position is primarily center-based with some wraparound care required in clients home and school for coordination of care and generalization of skills. Please inquire for more details!
