Instructional Leader & Coach Drive College Readiness

IDEA Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Principal of Instruction (API) to lead instructional practices and coach teachers toward ambitious student outcomes. The API will monitor student progress to ensure all students stay on track for college and collaborate with the campus leadership to implement data-driven strategies. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of full-time teaching and prior teacher leadership or administrative experience.
