Utility Person

Key responsibilities include: Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout all plant departments, including Grinding and general production areas Remove scrap from belts, empty bins, and clean dust collectors in the Making Department Assist kiln car operators with repair and rebuild tasks as needed Support snow and ice removal at plant entrances and exits Actively assist other crew members and work collaboratively with operators Report maintenance needs to Production Supervisor or Lead Hand Perform preventative maintenance on mobile equipment, including cleaning and washing Follow all safety protocols and work efficiently according to company policies Contribute to achieving the company goal of Zero Harm Today

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Prior brick manufacturing or industrial experience preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in a manufacturing environment
