Manager Capital Markets

Optimize Search Group is proud to partner with a growing organization located in New York seeking a Senior Capital Markets Manager to support the capital formation efforts and strategic growth initiatives. This role will assist in valuation and execution of debt and equity capital raises to support organizational growth, support the creation and maintenance of models and capital structure strategic materials as well as coordinate due-diligence and prepare investment memos and presentation decks. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE4+ years of investment banking, PE, corporate finance, capital markets or real estate acquisitions roles Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering or related Strong qualitative skills and strong Excel/Modeling skills
