Job Description:

We are looking for a precision-focused Winder to handle diverse projects, from random wound to 500+HP form wound motors.*Pay will commensurate with experience* If you have the experience I'm open to a conversation!
Key Responsibilities:
Full Restoration: Lead the process from stripping and iron prep to coil insertion and brazing connections. Precision Testing: Perform and document critical electrical tests (Megger, Surge, Hipot, Core Loss).Data Integrity: Accurately record all winding and connection data for high-standard QC documentation.
What You Bring
Experience:
