ATTN: If hired, you will be required to attend a 1-week, mandatory training the entire week of December 9. Training will be held at our Marietta or Decatur locations (socially distanced, and via Zoom)

Position Start Date: The seasonal position starts Monday, December 15, 2025

Responsibilities include: Build client rapport Market tax preparation services to surrounding businessesand community Assist in managing retail tax preparation operations Tax return preparation (no experience needed, will train) Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures Overall office efficiency Maintaining, organizing and tracking office files Ensure customer concerns are handled in a timely andprofessional

Requirements Requirements: Previous inside or outside sales experience is a must – 1year minimum Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience is a must Detailed oriented Well organized Self motivated Reliable and punctual Proper grammar usage in oral and written correspondence Ability to multi-task Ability to problem solve Ability to work days, evenings and weekends Ability to speak Spanish is a plus Store hours are 9am – 8pm Monday thru Saturday, POSSIBLE SUNDAYS You will work approximately 30 –40 hours per week.
