Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for client communication and support. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services. Monitor account performance and ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare proposals, reports, and account plans. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to support client needs. Resolve client issues and provide effective solutions. Maintain accurate account records using CRM systems. Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.

Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Executive, Client Relationship Manager, or similar role. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar platforms. Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
