Head of Talent Acquisition & AI-Driven Hiring

VASA Fitness is seeking a Director of Talent Acquisition to lead the enterprise-wide recruitment strategy across 18 districts and 80+ clubs in multiple states. You will build scalable TA infrastructure, drive AI-powered hiring, and partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs. This role requires deep expertise in hourly high-volume recruiting, ownership of the TA budget, and the ability to scale recruitment operations while maintaining compliance and strong employer branding.
