You will advise banks, financial institutions, private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a broad range of financing transactions, including acquisition finance, corporate lending, real estate finance and refinancing matters. The role offers significant client contact and the opportunity to work on complex transactions within a collaborative and ambitious team.
