About the Role:
Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst to join their remote investment team. This role is integral to identifying, evaluating, and executing profitable real estate investment opportunities across various markets. You will conduct in-depth financial modeling, market research, and due diligence to support strategic investment decisions. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, working collaboratively with investment partners and management to drive portfolio growth and maximize returns. Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed financial analysis, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analysis for potential real estate acquisitions.
Conduct comprehensive market research and feasibility studies to identify attractive investment opportunities and assess market dynamics.
Prepare investment memos and presentations for senior management and investment committees, clearly articulating risks and returns.
Manage the due diligence process for acquisitions, coordinating with legal, financial, and property specialists.
Monitor the performance of existing investments and recommend strategies for value enhancement and asset management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, acquisitions, or asset management.
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling (Excel), valuation techniques, and market data analysis tools.
Strong understanding of capital markets, real estate finance, and diverse property types.
Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
