This role involves setup, registration, and operation of automatic presses (M&R), working as part of a disciplined production team focused on quality and on-time delivery. We are seeking an experienced Automatic Press Screen Printing Operator to run high-volume production on automatic screen-printing presses. This role owns setup, registration, print quality, throughput, and press discipline. If quality drifts, output slows, or a press goes downthis role is accountable for stopping production and escalating issues correctly. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for an operator who understands process, repeatability, and production pressure and can run an auto press without supervision.
