As a Per Diem MRI Technologist, you will operate Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scanners while providing high-quality patient care. In this role, you will verify patient history, prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, and ensure high-quality diagnostic images while maintaining patient comfort and safety.

Per Diem MRI Technologist Schedule: Variable shifts - Monday-Friday, days/evenings/nights - holiday and weekend rotations - Occasional On-Call Location: Paoli, PA - Paoli Hospital ExperienceMinimum 1 year of recent MRI experience preferred EducationGraduate of a JRCERT-approved Radiologic Technology program or MRI program Licensure / CertificationARRT certification required; ARRT (MRI) certification preferredIV Certification preferred or must be obtained during onboardingBLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) required
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate MRI equipment to perform diagnostic imaging procedures
- Verify patient history and ensure exam appropriateness
- Prepare and position patients for MRI exams
- Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
- Ensure high-quality imaging while following MRI safety protocols
- Collaborate with radiologists and the care team to support accurate diagnosis
