Lead Data Center Technician

Requirements: Minimum 3+ years hands-on data center experience Entry-level candidates will not be considered Key Responsibilities Perform hardware installations (racking, stacking, patch cabling) Provide remote hands support and resolve operational incidents Conduct preventative maintenance and housekeeping Execute equipment decommissioning, including data sanitization and asset tracking Maintain accurate records within DCIM and CMDB systems Document work activities, shift logs, and operational procedures Support safe operation of power and cooling infrastructure (UPS, PDUs, generators, CRAC units, chillers) Assist with server configuration and troubleshooting (Windows Server, Linux) Monitor environmental systems (temperature, humidity, power, leak detection)
