What you’ll do:
Act as thefinance lead and strategic partnerto General Managers and cross-functional leadership, providing financial insight and recommendations to support key business decisions.
Leadannual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planningin partnership with business leaders.
Analyze results versusbudget, forecast, and prior year, pinpointing key drivers, risks, and opportunities, and recommending corrective actions.
Buildfinancial models and business casesto evaluate product initiatives, investments, and strategic decisions, including profitability and ROI analysis.
Partner with business and operations teams to optimizeinventory and working capitalwhile balancing financial outcomes with service-level objectives.
Monitorkey financial and operational KPIsand provide leadership with clear insights into trends, risks, and opportunities.
Develop strong relationships across Finance, Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and other functions to drive alignment and results.
Lead and developFinance Business Partnerssupporting assigned business units.
What you bringBachelor’s degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
6+ years of experiencein FP&A.
Master’s degreein Finance or a related discipline.
Strong understanding ofbudgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Ability to translate financial analysis intobusiness insightsand actionable recommendations.
Strong business acumen and understanding of how financial performance connects to commercial and operational decisions.
Advanced proficiency inMicrosoft Excelandfinancial modeling, with familiarity withHyperion, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain financial concepts tonon-financial stakeholdersand senior leaders.
Strongproject managementand organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
