Required: High School diploma or equivalent.

Preferred: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration or related field. Work Experience

Required: 5 years of relevant experience in HME, Healthcare, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field. Will accept 3 years of relevant experience plus a Bachelor’s degree in lieu of 5 years.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: (KSAs) Excellent judgment, decision‑making and delegating skills. Good interpersonal and consultative skills to work effectively with all employee levels, physician management, and business/support areas. Strong computer knowledge of Word, Excel and HME billing software. Self‑directed, able to work independently, set priorities and maintain confidentiality. Ability to manage within a budget and understand financial statements to analyze trends and make recommendations. Effective verbal and written communication; able to present information clearly and professionally to varying levels of individuals throughout the patient care process.

Job Duties: Ensures quality of care and patient satisfaction. Manages, develops, retains and inspires an engaged workforce. Assists with research, education and training. Ensures operational profitability with preliminary budgets, performance data, system reporting and inventory management. Supports long‑term strategic business plans through department‑specific business planning. Manages the physical and technological infrastructure and supports organizational structures.
