To support the online undergraduate WRK100: Preparing for the Future of Work class, a passionate part-time Assistant Faculty will interact with students, manage communications, and assist with grading and engagement strategies while working remotely for approximately 25 hours per week, including evening and weekend hours.
Key responsibilities:
Analyze student activity and respond to discussions and assessments based on guidance from the lead instructor
Assist in managing student communications and escalate unique issues to the lead instructor
Provide tutoring and develop supplemental support materials as needed to enhance student engagement
Required qualifications:
Master's degree in Business or a related field is required; a Doctorate is preferred
Professional experience in the field of business is required
Previous teaching experience is required, with online teaching experience preferred
Ability to work effectively with diverse learning styles and utilize technology for learning facilitation
Strong organizational and time management skills
