location: Lewisburg, TNPay $80,000-85,000 Bilingual English and Spanish a plus Position Summary The HR Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily HR operations across multiple locations as assigned by leadership, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws, and supporting the HR team in talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to foster a positive workplace culture and enhance employee engagement. The HR Supervisor will also lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and strategic HR goals. This position reports to the Department Manager or their designate.

- Supervise and coordinate all aspects of the employee life cycle, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, development, and offboarding.
- Report KPIs and provide analysis and interpretation of trends and propose action plans to drivestrategic improvements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflictseffectively.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Lead and manage compensation and performance management cycles.
- Oversee workforce planning and the hiring of staff to ensure organizational needs are met.
- Design & implement training programs to enhance employee skills and professional growth.
Job Description:
- Maintain HR records, reports, and documentation in accordance with legal and companystandards.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and improve workforce efficiency.
- Lead initiatives to support culture development, employee engagement, and workplacesatisfaction.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement and strategic objectives.
- Assist in handling disciplinary actions, terminations, and conflict resolution in a fair andprofessional manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best HR practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to travel to other facilities as required
- 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 1 year in a supervisory capacity.
- Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- HR certification (e.g., CHRP, SHRM-CP) is an asset.
