About the role

Step Into the Evening Shift: A Day-in-the-Life At 3:00 pm, you gear up and step onto the production floor. Your focus: keeping meat processing equipment spotless and production areas pristine so the team can work safely and efficiently. You'll clean equipment used for pork, beef, chicken, and turkey, move materials with pallet handling equipment, and keep every station organized. Throughout your shift, you'll follow plant policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and safety and sanitation procedures. You'll apply your basic writing and math skills to complete simple logs or instructions, and you'll stay active—this role keeps you on your feet and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs. When priorities change, you'll jump in and support other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
