Service Coordinator - 3276

Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:

• Schedules and dispatches shop field service technicians
• Assigns duties to service technician
• Prepares quotes on service jobs
• Enters sales orders for service jobs
• Orders parts for service jobs
• Assigns labor to service jobs
• Invoices service jobs
• Ensures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule
• Qualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:2+ years' experience in, preferably combined shop and field, pump service and fabrication
• Previous and current Mechanics encouraged to apply
• Ability to motivate team and accomplish goals
• Broad knowledge and experience in the industry
• Knowledgeable of computers and technology
• Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Pay: $25.00hr - $40.00/hr, DOEPhysical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

Working Conditions: Office and shop environment

Training/Certifications: N/AShift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; Occasional Overtime

Travel: Minimal local travel

Education: High School Diploma
