Senior Treasury Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead day-to-day treasury and cash operations across multiple entities, funds, and client accounts Manage outgoing wires and ACH payments, including operating payments, investment and loan disbursements, and investor distributions Oversee incoming cash activity, including capital call proceeds, loan proceeds, debt service, and other payments Design, document, maintain, and test treasury policies and cash controls Maintain strong dual-control and segregation-of-duties procedures surrounding cash movement Own bank signatory and user-entitlement administration across multiple banking institutions Administer multiple online treasury and banking platforms Manage account openings, closings, signers, payment templates, and online banking access Oversee fund-level debt service and distribution payments Reconcile incoming capital call activity and support related cash processes Partner closely with Fund Accounting and Fund Management to ensure payments are properly supported and released accurately Support financial statement audits, controls reviews, and bank-led treasury assessments Evaluate banking services, fees, payment automation, APIs, positive pay, and other treasury technology Identify and implement process improvements that reduce manual activity while strengthening financial controls Oversee treasury and investor services activities Supervise, coach, and develop treasury team members while building effective cross-training and coverage

Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline to Accounting, Finance or Business.7+ years of treasury and/or cash operations experience required Prior experience leading or managing a treasury function Strong knowledge of cash controls, dual control, segregation of duties, and banking entitlements Hands-on experience working with multiple banking institutions and treasury portals Experience with wires, ACH transactions, payment processing, cash administration, and reconciliations Prior supervisory or team leadership experience Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline Intermediate or better Microsoft Excel skills Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when handling sensitive cash transactions Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative and service-oriented Stable professional background and genuine interest in a contract-to-hire opportunity

Preferred Qualifications: Fund administration, asset management, banking, or investment industry experience Experience supporting investment funds and/or investor distributions Familiarity with debt service and distribution calculations Experience with Entrilia or similar fund accounting/investor platforms Payment automation or treasury technology implementation experience Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
