This is a system test posting and is not an active job opening. Please do not apply. Grand Home Furnishings is hiring an Order Picker to join our Gray warehouse team. This is a great opportunity for a safety-minded, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in a job well done. What You'll Do:
Our Order Pickers keep merchandise moving accurately and efficiently through the warehouse. Day to day, you'll:
- Safely operate the order picker in accordance with company standards, including pre-use inspections and proper use of the safety harness
- Check SKU numbers against the pick list before pulling each item to ensure the correct merchandise is selected
- Load pulled items onto the order picker and transport them to the designated loading area
- Inspect all incoming and outgoing orders for damage and report any concerns to the Warehouse Manager
- Pull customer pickups upon request, transport items to the customer's vehicle, and ensure paperwork is signed
- Maintain the order picker and work area in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
What We're Looking For:
- We care about your attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work safely with warehouse equipment.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Warehouse and/or order picker experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and follow detailed instructions required
- Strong attention to detail required
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 150 lbs. with assistance
- What You'll EarnThe pay range for this position is $15.00 to $19.00 per hour, based on experience and performance. Beyond your paycheck, we offer a full benefits package designed to support you:
