Global Payroll Leader: Scale, Compliance & Strategy

Via Transportation, Inc. seeks a Global Head of Payroll to lead payroll operations across the United States, Europe, Israel, and other markets. You will design scalable processes, oversee compliance, vendor relationships, and payroll technology to support a growing, global workforce. You will build a high-performing payroll organization, partner with Finance, Legal, People, and Operations, and drive governance, data integrity, and timely reporting, including equity payroll.
