Head Start Education & Child Care Partnerships Leader

Chester County Intermediate Unit seeks an experienced leader to supervise Early Head Start- Education & Child Care Partnerships across a 16-county region in SE Pennsylvania. You will ensure program quality, compliance with Head Start standards, and coordination with child care partners to deliver services to families. The role requires a Bachelor's in a related field (Master's preferred) and prior supervisory experience, with a goal of obtaining the PA Director Credential within 18 months.
