Senior Director/ Vice President EHS

Position Summary: Director / Vice-President of HSE / Construction

Required: Active CSP certification (subject to verification).Relocation required to: DFW/Austin. TX or Leesburg, VA.

Responsibilities: Experienced HSE leader overseeing safety operations across large-scale electrical construction projects in the east coast region. Leads the development and execution of regional safety strategy. Partners with Project Executives and Superintendents. Drives a strong culture of electrical safety excellence. Mentors HSE teams. Implements metrics‑driven safety programs. Supports high‑risk electrical scopes such as substations, medium/high‑voltage systems, data centers, and major infrastructure projects. Ensures compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and company standards while elevating field engagement, hazard mitigation, and proactive risk management. Specializes in electrical safety, energized work controls, incident prevention, leadership coaching, and building world class safety cultures across complex project portfolios.

Required Skills: 15+ years of HSE leadership experience in electrical construction, heavy civil, or general contractor environments. Demonstrated construction safety leadership experience within the past 8 years is required. Experience supporting electrical construction projects is strongly preferred. Experience with data center, Healthcare, Aviation, Semiconductor or HV electrical work. Extensive experience overseeing safety programs for field electrical operations and high‑risk technical scopes. Strong knowledge of NFPA 70E, energized work procedures, and electrical hazard mitigation. Experience supporting multi-project portfolios across large geographic regions. Proven ability to analyze safety data and drive metrics-based improvements.
