What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive at our showroom-you're the first impression!
- Managing a multi-line phone system and directing calls to the right departments.
- Answering calls promptly and professionally with a warm, helpful attitude.
- Operate a multi-line phone system with effectiveness.
- Supporting our sales consultants and managers with daily tasks to keep things running smoothly.
- Keep coffee station stocked and clean
- Help with other office duties(scanning, mailing, filing)
- Other job duties assigned by management.
Schedule: Full-Time| 40 Hours/Week
Hours: Discussed at interview
Pay: Based on experience

Requirements
What We're Looking For:
- A customer-first mindset
- Upbeat, personable, and professional attitude
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Strong communication and phone etiquette
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must have basic computer skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus!
- Professional, courteous, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service
