Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services. Requirements: Some sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams Self-motivated Detail oriented Dedicated to customer service Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Ability to make presentations to potential customers Achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals Provide timely and thorough activity reports to agent Property and Casualty license (must have before you start) Life and Health license (must have before you start) This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. This position could evolve into a State Farm Agent role. As an agent team member, you will still need to go through the regular State Farm agent selection process when you are ready to pursue an agency opportunity. Compensation: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year About Our Agency Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams. We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Braselton, GA. Our office is open M-Th 9am-5pm F 9am-4pm. I have been a State Farm agent since 2009. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Million Dollar Round Table, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier We look forward to speaking with you!
