PARTS ADVISOR

Reports To: Parts Manager

Essential Duties: Pull purchased parts from stock. Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up. Ensure parts are free of defects and correct part received Source all parts that are being requested per Recon Trac Process parts invoices and PO'sCommunicate with technicians and inspectors to ensure parts are being correctly requested Properly estimate parts with three different available options Any and all other items not here listed but requested by the Parts Manager Experience Desired: Be friendly, professional, and efficient Parts sourcing Follow up on part requests Parts tracking Parts invoicing and Purchase Orders Great communication within all departments

Schedule: 8-hour shift Weekend availability
