Environmental Services Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise daily housekeeping operations at a senior living community, ensuring clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents, visitors, and staff. Lead and train associates, coordinate assignments, uphold sanitation and infection prevention standards, manage supplies and equipment, and respond to resident service concerns. Supervise, coach, and evaluate housekeeping associates; assist with recruiting and onboarding. Assign daily work and staffing schedules, and monitor task completion. Inspect areas and enforce cleanliness, sanitation, and infection prevention standards. Oversee cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, and specialty surfaces. Manage housekeeping supplies, chemicals, linens, equipment, and related purchase requests. Respond to resident concerns and maintain safety, compliance, and department records.
