VP, QC Bank Compliance — Modernization & Leadership

CornerStone Professional Placement partners with a growing financial institution to seek a VP of QC Bank Compliance who will lead the design, maturation, and ongoing administration of the bank's compliance quality control program. This leadership role reports to the Bank President and oversees a team of about five professionals, driving automation, risk-based testing, and collaboration with senior leadership to strengthen the control environment during a period of modernization.
