Extensive pediatric subspecialty support, including hospitalists, intensivists, endocrinology, neurology, gastroenterology, orthopedics, and more. Bread-and-butter pediatric surgery with opportunities to sub-specialize, if desired. Facilities and Resources Brand-new Pediatrics Tower (opened October 2024), featuring:10 operating rooms on campus Level III NICUBlock time for surgery and 2 surgical robots47 total beds: 30 inpatient, 5 PICU, 6 Stepdown, 2 Behavioral Health, and 4 semi-private rooms. A Pediatric Emergency Department averaging 130 patients daily. Surgical and NICU resources, including:
Compensation and Benefits: Highly competitive base salary above regional averages with incentive bonus potential. Comprehensive benefits plan, includes but is not limited to: Usual and customary benefits package (Health, Dental, Liability, etc).$20,000 annual education loan assistance for up to 5 years.
