Bilingual Training Manager

Overview In this role you will design and deliver learning solutions that strengthen capabilities across Venterra, with a focus on maintenance operations, technology and systems, and leadership development. You will partner with operations leaders to build scalable programs, support new technology adoption, and shape leadership capability across the organization. The role supports enterprise projects and organizational change, translating complex processes into practical, impactful training. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with a meaningful impact on performance and culture in a dynamic, growth-focused company. Responsibilities Partner with Operations leaders to identify training priorities for Maintenance Operations and deliver scalable programs. Design and deliver technical, onboarding, and ongoing development training for maintenance teams and leaders. Translate technical expertise into structured learning materials and hands-on experiences; develop train-the-trainer resources. Measure training effectiveness and iterate based on business needs and performance data. Lead technology and systems training across the organization, including end-user training and role-specific content. Support technology implementations from readiness to post-launch adoption; leverage modern learning tech and AI-enabled tools. Design and deliver leadership development programs across levels; focus on coaching, performance management, communication, collaboration, and change leadership. Create engaging learning experiences using adult learning principles; facilitate virtual and in-person sessions for diverse audiences. Manage training plans for enterprise projects and organizational change in collaboration with PMO, Technology, HR, and business leaders. Translate new processes into practical training aligned with milestones and change strategies. Key requirements 5+ years in learning & development, training, instructional design, or related field Experience designing and delivering programs for operational or technical audiences Experience with technology or systems training Experience designing and facilitating leadership development programs Strong instructional design across ILT, virtual, and digital formats Ability to partner with SMEs and translate technical content into engaging learning Strong facilitation and presentation skills across audiences Experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional learning initiatives Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skillsfacilitation and presentationstakeholder managementinfluencinginstructional designadult learning principlesLMS management & reporting
