THE JOBWe are currently looking for an Account Executive, Talent who's ready to make an impact as part of a growing, award-winning organization. In this role, you'll drive growth across an assigned territory by developing new business, expanding existing customer relationships, and leading complex enterprise opportunities. Working consultatively with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition professionals, Learning & Development teams, consultants, business executives, and HR technology stakeholders, you'll help customers implement evidence-based talent solutions that support better people decisions. As a key member of the Talent Sales team, you'll own territory planning, pipeline development, forecasting, and account growth. You'll lead opportunities from discovery through commercial agreement and close, while collaborating with teams across MHS to deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition, account expansion, renewals, and strategic opportunity development. Develop and execute territory and account plans to achieve annual sales objectives and growth targets. Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, conferences, webinars, and strategic outreach. Identify, qualify, develop, and close complex opportunities across assigned territories and target markets. Build consultative relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, consultants, and business leaders. Manage and grow existing accounts while serving as a trusted advisor to customers. Lead enterprise opportunities from discovery and solution development through commercial agreement and close. Position talent assessments, selection solutions, leadership development tools, emotional intelligence solutions, subscriptions, technology-enabled delivery, and HR platform integrations. Conduct product demonstrations, virtual presentations, workshops, and customer meetings. Represent MHS at industry conferences and business development events while monitoring market trends, competitive activity, and emerging customer needs. Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Research & Development, Technology, Contracts, and other internal teams to support customer success and business growth. Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity tracking, forecasting, sales activity, customer insights, and market intelligence. WHAT YOU BRING Ideally, you're a consultative and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys building relationships, navigating complex opportunities, and turning customer needs into practical solutions. You're organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating across the organization. In addition, you bring: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of successful consultative sales, business development, strategic account management, or related experience, preferably involving complex or enterprise solutions. Enterprise solution selling, complex opportunity management, executive communication, and commercial acumen. Strong consultative relationship management, pipeline management, forecasting, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills. Experience working with executive, HR, procurement, legal, and technology stakeholders. Experience with CRM platforms and Microsoft 365.Experience with talent assessment, HR technology, SaaS, enterprise platforms, Workday integrations, enterprise customers, consultants, channel partners, or strategic alliances is preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities, achieve sales objectives, and meet deadlines. Ability to travel up to 25%.Ability to align working hours with Eastern Standard Time.
About the Team:
The Talent Sales team helps organizations strengthen how they select, develop, and support their people through evidence-based assessments and talent solutions. The team partners with customers to understand their business needs and connect them with solutions that create meaningful, measurable value. You will work closely with colleagues across Marketing, Customer Success, Research & Development, Technology, and Contracts to develop customer-focused solutions, support successful implementation, and grow long-term partnerships.
Salary:
