Missio Marketing is a marketing agency serving churches, nonprofits, Christian businesses, and businesses serving Christians. We are seeking a Performance Creative Production Specialist to produce and adapt advertising assets for a major client campaign across Google, Meta and programmatic advertising. The overall account will invest more than $100,000 per month across these channels. You will help turn approved creative direction, brand assets and messaging into polished, platform-ready ads—and produce new variations as the team learns what performs. This is a hands-on production role focused on quality, speed and organized delivery. Engagement: Short-term contract supporting an approximately two-month campaign, plus setup Timeline: Pre-launch availability in October 2026; campaigns scheduled to launch November 1Compensation: Approximately $50–$80 per hour.
Hours: Part-time; 0-10 hours a week, workload will vary with launch production and testing needs
Reports to: Senior Paid Media Strategist & Account Lead
Responsibilities: Produce short-form video edits and other advertising assets based on approved briefs and available source materials. Adapt creative into the sizes, aspect ratios and formats required by the media team. Create variations of hooks, headlines, imagery, calls to action and layouts for structured testing. Edit supplied video footage, adding captions, branding and other elements as needed. Maintain consistent branding and messaging across campaign assets. Partner with channel specialists to confirm specifications and delivery requirements. Check exports for readability, safe zones, spelling, caption accuracy and technical quality. Organize source files, exports and versions so the team can easily identify approved assets. Manage revisions and flag missing inputs or approval delays early. Use performance feedback from the account lead and media buyers to develop the next round of creative variations.
Qualifications: A portfolio demonstrating creative production for paid advertising. Strong video editing skills using professional production tools and AI when appropriate. Experience adapting assets for social, display and video advertising. Understanding of how visual hierarchy, opening hooks, messaging and calls to action influence ad response. Ability to follow a brand guide while producing distinct testing variations. Strong file organization, version control and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and handle timely revisions during launch. Comfortable collaborating with strategists and media buyers and incorporating performance feedback. Experience producing creative for churches, nonprofits or mission-driven organizations is a plus.
What success looks like: Approved creative is delivered on time, meets channel specifications and gives the media team meaningful variations to test. Files are organized, revisions are handled reliably, and performance insights inform ongoing production.
