Respiratory Therapy Supervisor

Medical City Healthcare, in partnership with CryptoAnalyzer, seeks a Supervisor Respiratory Therapy to lead a tech-forward respiratory care team. You will oversee daily operations, ensure evidence-based respiratory treatments, and manage ventilator protocols across acute and critical care units. Responsibilities include supervising therapists, coordinating schedules, monitoring quality metrics, and optimizing workflows with data-driven tools. You’ll collaborate with physicians, nursing, and data specialists, mentor staff, support education on emerging therapies and technologies, and uphold regulatory and safety standards in a dynamic, innovation-focused environment. Lead and supervise respiratory therapy staff across assigned units Oversee ventilator management and respiratory treatment protocols Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and daily workflow for respiratory services Monitor quality, safety, and regulatory compliance metrics Conduct patient assessments and support complex respiratory care plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and data specialists on care optimization Implement and refine evidence-based and data-driven clinical practices Train, coach, and mentor respiratory therapists and new hires Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems Support adoption of new respiratory technologies and tools Respiratory therapy protocols Ventilator management Arterial blood gas (ABG) analysis Patient assessment Clinical supervision Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Infection control Quality assurance & auditing Staff scheduling Policy & procedure development Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) - NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) - NBRC State Respiratory Care Practitioner license ACLS certification BLS certification
