Finance Director: Strategy, GAAP & Growth Leadership

Compass Group USA seeks a Director of Finance to oversee all financial operations and to drive the account’s financial strategy for the school nutrition program. You will manage revenue/expense reporting, AP/AR, and monthly financial reporting in accordance with GAAP. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, ensuring internal controls and policy compliance. Strong SAP/Excel/PowerPoint/Access skills and 5+ years of related experience are required.
