Director Public Relations Marketing Communications

About the Role: We are looking for a highly connected, relationship-driven professional to help build our presence across the U.S. wellness, women's empowerment, lifestyle, and entrepreneurship ecosystem. This is not a traditional PR role. You will be the key relationship builder and community connector, responsible for developing partnerships, growing brand visibility, cultivating influential networks, and creating meaningful connections that support long-term growth. You will work closely with the founder and leadership team to establish relationships with media, podcasters, wellness practitioners, female founders, community leaders, creators, and mission-aligned organizations throughout the United States.

What You'll Do: Build and execute U.S. partnership and community growth initiatives Develop relationships with media, podcasts, creators, and industry influencers Secure speaking opportunities, collaborations, and brand partnerships Introduce the company to key women's entrepreneurship, wellness, and lifestyle networks Identify and manage community, event, and strategic partnership opportunities Organize intimate gatherings, founder dinners, salons, workshops, and community experiences Build relationships with nonprofits, advocacy groups, and mission-aligned organizations Support founder networking and high-value relationship development Manage external agencies, consultants, and event partners when needed Maintain an organized relationship and partnership pipeline Who You Are 5+ years of experience in partnerships, community building, public relations, business development, brand marketing, or related fields Strong network across wellness, lifestyle, media, consumer brands, entrepreneurship, or women's communities Exceptional relationship-building and networking abilities Comfortable representing a brand at events, meetings, and industry gatherings Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and highly resourceful Able to balance strategy with hands-on execution Experience working with startups or early-stage companies is highly preferred Passionate about women's wellbeing, personal growth, wellness, community building, and meaningful social impact Ideal Background We are especially interested in candidates with experience in one or more of the following: Wellness & Wellbeing Women's Brands Lifestyle & Consumer Brands Community-Led Businesses Public Relations & Partnerships Creator Economy Spiritual Healing Events & Experiential Marketing
