About the role

We are seeking a proactive, highly creative, and autonomous Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive talent growth across our established business entities in the US, Canada, and Mexico. You will act as a true hunter, managing full-cycle recruitment across three key pillars: precision industrial sales, specialized field service engineering, and equipment production. The ideal candidate has blended experience—spending time in the high-urgency agency world mastering the art of the cold outreach, combined with internal corporate experience navigating hiring workflows and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities: Proactive Talent Sourcing: Proactively source, cold-call, and engage passive candidates for technical, niche roles in the capital equipment, weighing, labeling, and inspection sectors. Cross-Border Sourcing: Partner with local entity leaders to fill vacancies across the US, Canada, and Mexico, adapting your sourcing channels to fit regional talent pools. Advanced Sourcing Strategies: Leverage Linked In Recruiter at an expert level, utilizing deep Boolean logic, custom pipeline filters, and creative messaging to beat standard response rates. Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies beyond traditional job boards such as Indeed and Linked In to identify and attract top talent. Identify and implement innovative recruiting channels and talent attraction initiatives to build strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Analyze recruitment marketing performance and sourcing channel effectiveness, making recommendations to continuously improve candidate attraction and hiring outcomes. Build and strengthen the company's employer brand through social media, networking events, industry associations, employee referral programs, universities, and community partnerships. Stakeholder Alignment: Manage expectations and interview loops directly with hiring managers and your regional HR leadership, translating operational needs into actionable candidate pipelines. Data & System Integrity: Track and manage candidate journeys using our enterprise workflows Job Requirements &
Competencies: Proven experience working both as a 3rd-party agency recruiter (where you learned to hustle) and an in-house corporate recruiter (where you learned organizational process).Experience in recruiting in the Industry (Sales, Service, Production – Capital Equipment)Fearless Outbound Sourcing: You do not rely on inbound applicants. You have a zero-fear mentality when it comes to picking up the phone, cold-calling, or mapping target organizations to find the right talent. Creative Search Mentality: You look beyond standard job titles. You know how to unearth hidden talent pools, utilize alternative industrial networks, and identify transferrable skills in the technical service and sales sectors. Platform Expertise: Expert-level mastery of Linked In Recruiter is mandatory. Familiarity with SAP Success Factors is a plus but not required. Experience developing employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing campaigns. Strong understanding of social media recruiting and creative talent attraction strategies beyond traditional job boards. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging recruitment content. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and continuously identify new ways to attract high-quality candidates. North American Market: Comfortable communicating with talent across different cultures. While not mandatory, bilingual English/Spanish/French skills are highly advantageous for supporting our Mexican/Canadian entities
