Assistant General Counsel - Claims & Litigation Lead

Kleinfelder is seeking an Assistant General Counsel (Claims & Litigation) to lead the management of all claims, litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution activities. You will work with executive leadership, operations, insurance, and outside counsel to minimize risk and protect company interests. You will develop strategies, supervise outside counsel, and provide legal support for commercial contracting, including client and subconsultant agreements, teaming agreements, and vendor
