About the Role: YTS Wealth Management is seeking a Data Integration Specialist to own data integrity across Black Diamond and all connected firm systems. This is a remote role reporting to our COO, responsible for ensuring accurate, reliable, and consistent data flow across our technology stack - from portfolio management and CRM platforms to reporting and client-facing tools. The ideal candidate combines strong technical data skills with the judgment to catch and resolve issues before they affect clients or advisors.
Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end data integrity across Black Diamond and all connected/integrated systems (CRM, portfolio management, custodial feeds, reporting tools)Design and maintain data integration workflows and reconciliation processes between Black Diamond and upstream/downstream systems Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies, sync failures, and quality issues before they impact reporting or client-facing output Establish and document data governance standards, validation rules, and quality-control checkpoints Partner with Operations, Client Service, and IT/vendor teams to troubleshoot integration issues and improve data flow across the technology stack Monitor scheduled data feeds and imports; proactively flag and remediate failures or anomalies Support system implementations, upgrades, and new integrations from a data-integrity standpoint Document data flows, mappings, and integration architecture Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data integration, data management, or a related analytical role — ideally within wealth management, financial services, or fintech Hands-on experience with Black Diamond and/or comparable portfolio management or CRM platforms (Orion, Salesforce, Redtail, etc.) is a strong plus Strong SQL skills; familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline concepts Demonstrated ability to identify root causes of data quality issues and implement lasting fixes, not just workarounds Excellent attention to detail and comfort owning accuracy for a firm's core data systems Strong written and verbal communication skills — able to explain data issues to non-technical stakeholders Bachelor's degree in a related field (Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance) or equivalent practical experience Work Environment & Physical Requirement'sPrimarily office-based with regular in-person client meetings and interactions Professional, fast-paced, and collaborative environment Occasional travel for client meetings, conferences, networking events, and firm initiatives
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and phone communication Ability to attend in-person meetings and events Occasional lifting of light materials up to 20 pounds Ability to communicate effectively in both in-person and virtual environments
Compensation & Benefits: Compensation
Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 (commensurate with experience)
