Maintenance Technician

Location: Southport, FL

Reports To: Chief Operating Officer

Job Description: Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior. Including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry/drywall, generators, etc. Contacts and schedules vendors and contractors for necessary building repairs and emergencies that are outside the scope of routine maintenance. Maintains schedule and records of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due. Works in a safe manner and recognizes unsafe situations. Takes appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in the building. Assist with office moves, assembling new furniture, and reconfiguring offices or meeting spaces. Performs other duties as assigned. Employment is subject to a negative drug test, background check, physical, and completion of a comprehensive application for employment.
