Weeknights and weekends needed.Responsibilities:Meet and greet customers in a professional mannerOperate multiline switchboard telephone systemCommunicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time spent on holdProvide basic information to callers who have general inquiriesPrepare sales and service gas tickets for the Accounting DepartmentProvide second set of keys for sales peoplePerform other duties as assignedBe friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employeesRequirements:High School diploma or equivalentMust pass drug and background checkMust have a valid Drivers license
