Westchester County, NY | 4 Days Onsite A growing financial services organization is looking for a talented Help Desk / IT Support Specialist to join its technology team. This is a highly user-facing role supporting employees across the organization and working closely with senior IT support professionals.
What You’ll Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact for technical support requests via phone and email
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware, software, mobile device, and administrative issues
- Install, configure, and support hardware, software, and mobile applications
- Escalate more complex technical issues to senior members of the support team
- Support the rollout of new applications, technologies, and IT initiatives
- Test and evaluate new technologies to support business needs
- Log, track, and manage multiple incidents through a ticketing system
- Provide timely updates and follow through with users to ensure issues are fully resolved
- Create and maintain technical documentation, processes, and procedures
- What You’ll Bring3–5+ years of experience in a Help Desk, Desktop Support, or similar IT support environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Mac, and iOS environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate ticket documentation
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, user-focused environmentIT certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications are a plus
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and occasional overtime as needed
- Work Arrangement4 days onsite in Westchester County, NY1 day remote
