Cross Country Allied is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Chalfont, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Job Summary Physical Therapist, Physical Therapist Outpatient Chalfont. The position provides outpatient orthopedic physical therapy services, including patient evaluations, individualized treatment planning, treatment implementation, and progress monitoring. The role supports patient education, functional recovery, clinical documentation, and safe return to community activities.
Job Details Required Qualifications:
Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school; one or more years of outpatient clinical experience; Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) certification; current professional licensure in good standing; compliance with applicable state practice requirements and continuing education standards.
Schedule:
Rotating shifts, 8 hours per shift, with a minimum of 40 hours per week; schedule varies and includes two evenings until 7:00 p.m.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate assigned patients; develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans in accordance with patient needs, goals, and physician direction; provide discipline-specific therapy services; support patient and family education; complete accurate and timely clinical documentation; participate in student education when assigned; pursue professional development; and promote patient and employee safety.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in outpatient orthopedic care and participation in continuing education or professional development activities.
