Salary: $400,000 – 566,000FFD: December 4, 2026As Chief Executive Officer of San Diego Community Power (Community Power), you will lead a growing, community-driven, not-for-profit public agency. Leading an organization of approximately 100 FTEs, the CEO will work through an executive leadership structure that includes four direct reports: the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Commercial Officer, and Clerk of the Board. Together, this leadership team will strengthen organizational performance, empower staff, build trusted relationships with the Board and member agencies, and position Community Power for its next chapter of service, innovation, and clean energy leadership.
