Supporting a high-performance team, the remote Bilingual Communication Specialist will manage inbound calls to capture sensitive information regarding workplace concerns while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
Engage reporters with care, ensuring their information is handled confidentially and their experience is valued
Follow the intake process for calls from various industries, demonstrating good judgment to meet caller needs
Conduct guided interviews to accurately capture report details, maintaining strict confidentiality throughout the process
Required qualifications:
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM
Experience using MS Office and navigating proprietary software applications
Ability to demonstrate emotional resilience in distressing situations
Comfort working in a fast-paced, candid environment that values innovation
A quiet, secure home office or workspace with a recommended internet speed of 25 mbps and 10 mbps upload
