Transformation Senior Consultant

Overview In this role you will drive transformation programs within Baker Tilly's Digital Solutions practice, blending change management, project management, process and business analysis to deliver measurable outcomes. You will work with cross-functional teams and clients to design and implement effective changes, ensuring adoption and value realization. You will shape transformation strategy, manage stakeholder engagement, and oversee end-to-end delivery across diverse industries. You will work in a client-centric environment that emphasizes practical, long Compensation / Benefitswork-life balanceprofessional developmentteam activities Responsibilities Develop and execute change management strategies aligned to core methodology Integrate change management techniques into project plans and activities Lead stakeholder analysis, readiness assessments, communications and training Advocate for future-state implications across strategy, people, process and technology Deploy change management methods to support transition to future state Identify organizational change risks and work with stakeholders to mitigate them Analyze process design and impact on roles; advise on organization changes Manage end-user training, communications and follow-up effectiveness Secure executive-level advocacy and stakeholder buy-in Support business areas with frameworks to minimize risk and enable activity Measure and adjust change management effectiveness Build internal and external relationships to support project goals Pursue professional development and contribute to firm-wide learning Promote Baker Tilly Care and Teach and support team development Foster work-life balance through team culture and activities Oversee project management activities including planning, execution and delivery Coordinate resources, track risks and ensure timely project milestones Document projects with business cases, requirements and change logs Facilitate meetings and communicate timelines to stakeholders Ensure smooth hand-offs upon project completion Elicit requirements and translate them into technical specifications Develop test plans and support user acceptance testing Propose process improvements and future-state operating models Support build vs. buy decisions and onboarding/offboarding of staff Key requirements Bachelor degree in a related field Minimum two years of experience in project management, change management and business analysis Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)Experience with project/portfolio tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Confluence, Microsoft Project/Planner, Planview, Asana) is highly preferred Ability to collaborate, provide client service, and maintain ethical standards Comfort with a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and shifting priorities Desirable certifications such as PMP, Agile, Prosci, Lean Six Sigma Experience in full lifecycle application development and requirements gathering Willingness to travel to client sites and work outside normal hours as neededteam playerstrong communicationcollaborativechange managementproject managementbusiness analysis
