Job Description:
Labor Network is seeking a motivated and energetic Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to help fill open positions for our clients. This role focuses on making outbound calls, screening candidates, and helping applicants through the hiring process.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential candidates.
Explain job opportunities and company requirements.
Screen applicants and determine qualifications..Follow up with applicants.
Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).Strong communication and phone skills.
Friendly, professional, and reliable.
Basic computer skills.
Previous recruiting, staffing, customer service, or call center experience is preferred but not required.
