Overview:
This full-time role is for a licensed agent helping clients choose life and health coverage that protects their income and their family. You meet with people who requested information, review their coverage options, and help them decide on the policy that fits, with estimated earnings that are performance-based. The approach is consultative, not transactional. You earn trust by walking each client through their coverage clearly and honestly, supported by full training and a team invested in your success.
What You'll Do:
- Meet with clients reviewing their life and health coverage options
- Lead discovery to understand what each client needs to protect
- Recommend the coverage that fits and explain how it works
- Guide clients through the application and policy approval steps
- Handle policy reviews and follow-ups as needs change
What We're Looking For:
- Active Life & Health Insurance License in your state
- Consultative communicator who builds trust naturally
- Self-managed and consistent in your work
